At Peach Blossom Baby Shop, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. Honesty is the best policy.  That's why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Shipping Policy

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Ready to Ship items are shipped Monday - Friday.  The order must be received by 5pm EST in order for it to be shipped by the next business day. 

 

Made to Order items take anywhere from 3 - 4 weeks unless told otherwise.  This allows me a sufficient amount of time to create the item, package and ship it, However, if there is a specific item you need or want by a certain day for an event or occasion, do not hesitate to contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Pre-Ordered items take anywhere from 6 - 8 weeks to process and ship.  I will keep you updated to the best of my ability and tracking will always be updated once your order ships out.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

I currently only ship within the United States, However, if you have a question about shipping internationally feel free to contact me at peach.blossom.bby@gmail.com and I'll get you a quote.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All of my orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless you purchase the priority mail option.  

RATES TO SHIP?

I do not charge a flat rate for shipping.  Instead I charge based on weight and location.  When you receive a shipping quote for an item it is not the final shipping charge.  The final cost will automatically adjust during checkout.  If it's for an international purchase, your exact cost based on weight and location will be added to the final price.

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER THAT'S BEEN SHIPPED?

A tracking number will be provided along with a confirmation email as long as you provided an email address at the time of your order.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Peach Blossom Baby Shop will accept, for return, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.  For a full refund, mail out your item within 15 days of receiving the original order, (this will be based off of the date of delivery).  Items cannot be returned after 15 days of receiving the original order.  Items must be returned with all tags, if applicable, still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes, dustbags, etc...

Peach Blossom Baby Shop will also accept, for exchanges, items that are in new condition, unworn other than to try on only, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.  Item will only be exchanged for the exact same item in a different size.  If that specific item is unavailable and/or sold out and will not be returning within a reasonable timeframe, then you may exchange the original item for something of equal or lesser value.  For all exchanges, item must be mailed out within 21 days of receiving your original order, (this will be based off of the day of delivery).  Items cannot be exchanged after 21 days of receiving the original order.  When exchanging, items must be returned with all tags, if applicable, still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoeboxes, dustbags, etc... 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.peachblossombaby.shop/ (the “Site”).

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
