At Peach Blossom Spa & Wellness, we aim to give our guests an enjoyable experience, one that will keep them coming back time and time again. We believe our policies should reflect the same care and transparency we bring to every treatment. Our goal is to create a clear, respectful, and welcoming experience for all of our guests. Below, you’ll find details about cancellations, deposits, and how we protect your personal information, along with other spa policies designed to support both client comfort and professional standards. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer the time to another guest who may be waiting. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and guests who do not show up for their appointment without notice (no call, no show) will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and the time of all our guests. Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened out of respect for the next scheduled guest. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, or you may be asked to switch to an express version of your service depending on the time remaining and the treatment booked. In either case, the cancellation fee may apply.
Deposit Policy
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied toward the cost of your service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or if a late arrival results in your appointment being cancelled. This ensures that your reserved time is honored exclusively for you.
