
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping on select retail skincare products. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During busier times, order processing times may take longer. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm EST, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary by location, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.
We offer a flat $10 shipping rate for all orders under $100 and free shipping for orders over $100. We ship via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, and international shipping is NOT available.

Returns & Refunds

Services: All spa services are non-refundable.

Products: Unopened retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
