Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All services are by appointment only. Booking ahead ensures we can reserve the perfect time for you. Appointments can be made easily through our online booking system.
What should I do to prepare for my facial?
Please arrive with a clean face, free of heavy makeup when possible. Share any skin concerns, allergies, or medications with your esthetician prior to your service so we can customize your treatment for the best results.
Do you require deposits?
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits secure your spot, are applied toward your treatment, and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee, and no-call, no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
What happens if I arrive late?
To respect the time of all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or adjusted to an express service. In either case, our cancellation policy may apply.
Are your treatments safe during pregnancy?
Yes! Many of our facials are pregnancy-safe. Please let us know when booking so we can tailor products and techniques appropriately.
